Before the tournament you need to purchase your membership either

Online using the Alberta 5 Pin Website

or

Purchase your membership through your bowling centre.

3. Entry Forms

Select either the Online Entry Form (use 3A below) in the next section or drop down lower and use the Manual Entry Form (use 3B below)

  • When you have submitted the electronic form,
    • Send your Interac Cash Transfer to PRES@CENTRALALBERTA5PIN.COM
    • When you send an electronic money transfer, include the participant’s name to avoid confusion.
  • Send both your payment and entry form (below) on the same day.
  • We will confirm your entry by text or email within two days.
